Alex Gray is an attorney with an emphasis on government relations, gaming law and corporate litigation. As a practicing attorney and registered lobbyist, Gray is uniquely positioned to create solutions for clients, whether at the courthouse or the statehouse, and he has more than a decade of experience handling complex business and commercial disputes.

He serves as a commissioner on Gov. Asa Hutchinson’s Parent Council, and is a member of the Republican National Lawyers’ Association. He has been named by Super Lawyers as one of its rising stars in business litigation. Alex is recognized as one of Arkansas Business 250 Most Influential Leaders in 2020. 

In 2018, he drafted a proposed constitutional amendment to expand casino gaming in Arkansas and successfully managed the historic statewide campaign resulting in the passing of Amendment 100, to the Arkansas Constitution, The Arkansas Casino Gaming Amendment of 2018.

A Tennessee native, he is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Law Review. He and his family live in Little Rock.
