Marshall Wright

Marshall Wright holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, with an emphasis in financial management and accounting. Mr. Wright earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

As a member of the Arkansas General Assembly for three terms, Wright has served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He has also served Eastern Arkansas in the Arkansas Bar Association House of Delegates.

Wright’s career has focused primarily on debtor/creditor relations, real estate transactions, banking law with a focus on representing banks in dealing with customers that have filed for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy relief. He also has extensive experience with structure settlement transfers, complicated domestic relations and criminal matters.

Mr. Wright’s practice has afforded him the rare distinction having practiced law in every courthouse in the state of Arkansas and with this experience he stands ready to represent clients all over the state.

Marshall and his wife Kristen reside primarily in Forrest City, Arkansas. Kristen, also a licensed attorney, is a former partner at Bass, Berry and Sims in Memphis and currently serves as General Counsel to Auto Zone. They are parents to nine-year-old twins, Collier Benton and Syble Elizabeth.
